Our services are non-refundable. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your cleaning, you must notify our main office within 24 hours. We will promptly return to address and correct the issue at no additional charge. This remedy is exclusive and replaces any right to a refund or other compensation.
At Maids of Cy-Fair, your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind our work. If you're not happy with your cleaning:
Late Cancellation Fee: $100
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
We understand that life happens. To avoid the late cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us at info@maidsofcyfair.com. We'll do our best to address your concerns and make things right, but refunds are not guaranteed.
